Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Client Cancellations: If the Client cancels a scheduled session with less than 24 hours' notice, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied to the full session fee. Rescheduling of sessions is subject to Mentor availability. Mentor Cancellations: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Mentor reserves the right to reschedule a session. Every effort will be made to provide the Client with reasonable notice. Confidentiality Mentor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during mentoring sessions, except where disclosure is required by law. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to the mentoring materials and methods used by Mentor remain the property of Mentor. Disclaimer Mentor provides guidance and support but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. The Client acknowledges that the success of the mentoring program depends on their active participation and commitment.
